1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wlog ("the Service"), operated by UNDEFINED S.R.L., a company registered in Romania ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

wlog is a SaaS application that connects to your developer tools and project management platforms, aggregates your work activity, and generates AI-powered summaries for invoicing and reporting purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using wlog, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free tier is prohibited.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms through OAuth authorization or API tokens. By connecting an integration, you authorize wlog to access and retrieve your activity data from those platforms in accordance with the permissions you grant.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share data from those platforms with wlog. We are not responsible for any changes to or issues with third-party services.

6. AI-Generated Content

wlog uses artificial intelligence (provided by third-party AI services) to generate work summaries. By using the Service, you consent to your activity data being processed by these AI providers for summary generation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it for invoices, reports, or any other purpose.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated summaries.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

  • wlog offers a free tier with limited usage and paid subscription plans.
  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Summary and sync balances expire according to your plan terms as displayed in the app. Permanent balance does not expire.

8. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis where the request is justified (for example, technical issues preventing use of the Service). To request a refund, contact us at contact@undefined.srl.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
  • Submit malicious content through the rules engine or any other input mechanism.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by UNDEFINED S.R.L. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your data and any content you create using the Service, including generated summaries.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of serious violations.

You may request account deletion by contacting us at contact@undefined.srl. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNDEFINED S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
